Dexterity User Experience helps organizations start, grow, and mature their user experience practice through apprenticeship, coaching, and mentoring.

  • Apprenticeship: We take the lead on the UX activity. You actively help, learning by participating. If you are new to UX, this is a great way to have an expert help you craft better experiences right away while starting to learn how to do it yourself.
  • Coaching: We make the plan for the UX activity. You do it yourself, getting help from us at key steps. If you have a UX team who is tackling something new for the first time, this is a great to reduce risk.
  • Mentoring: You take the lead. We give you advice. Even advanced teams can use an outside view to help them think.

For clients just starting out with their UX practice, we often start with Apprenticeships, move on to Coaching as you mature your practice, and stick around for a while to Mentor.

For clients with advanced practices, we might start with Mentoring, then Coach when important projects come up, and create Apprenticeships when you are expanding your responsibilities and doing something new for the first time.
